VAUXOIL LIMITED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

VAUXOIL is committed to managing an Occupational Health and Safety system in all our business operations including marine transportation, manpower supply, scaffolding and other activities that promotes safe working conditions for all employees, customers, and visitors to our office and project sites.

Accordingly, we commit to:

  • Do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury or damage to the health of employees and other persons involved in its operation by eliminating hazards and reducing risks through a structured Risk Management Process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and other requirements to which we subscribe that relates to Occupational Health and Safety hazards.
  • Inspire a culture of continual improvement of our OH&S management system.
  • Set measurable Occupational Health and safety objectives and regularly appraise performance.
  • Ensure adequate emergency preparedness plans are in place to limit the adverse consequences of any failure in safety preventive measures.
  • Ensure effective consultation and participation of workers, and, where necessary, workers’ representatives on relevant Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • Ensure this policy is effectively communicated within the organization and readily available to interested parties.
  • Ensure responsibility for implementation of this policy follows line management structure with the ultimate responsibility residing with Top Management.

This policy shall be subject to regular review. Necessary resources will be provided to achieve the intent of this policy and ensure it remains relevant and appropriate.
