VAUXOIL NIGERIAN LOCAL CONTENT POLICY STATEMENT
Vauxoil Limited is fully committed to the adherence and implementation of the Nigeria content law in its activities and operations.
Pursuant to the above, the implementation strategy of Vauxoil Limited shall be in line with the provision of the Nigerian Content Act 2010 in terms of supporting human capacity development (HCD) for the work force, empowerment of local vendors by enabling their participation in all sub-contracting activities and employment of Nigerians in all cadre of work activities and adherence to every other ancillary requirement of the act.
The Chief Executive Office of Vauxoil Limited shall take ownership and oversee the implementation of the policy to ensure full compliance. Management of Vauxoil Limited shall have zero tolerance for noncompliance to this policy and appropriate sanctions shall be applied against non-compliance to the policy by any official of Vauxoil Limited.
